Pfizer Booster Vaccines Now Available for Ages 12+

This message to all faculty and staff has been approved by Kyle Clark, Vice President for Finance and Administration.

Booster Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations are now authorized for all individuals 12+ by the FDA and CDC for those who received the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Series. The University is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and appointments are required. Faculty and Staff may now make appointments for their children ages 12-17 at the FSU COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. School excusal notes may be requested at check in for children who are missing school for their appointment.

Please visit www.patientportalfl.com to create your account or log in to your existing account, create your children’s account, then select “Get Vaccinated.” In order to schedule a vaccination appointment for your children you must enter the entry code FSU2022.
