#StayHealthyFSU – COVID and Flu Vaccine Update

This message to all students, faculty and staff has been approved by Kyle Clark, Vice President for Finance and Administration.

COVID-19 Vaccine

As a reminder, students, faculty, and staff who received their first Pfizer vaccination elsewhere may complete their series at the FSU COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. If you need to receive your second Pfizer vaccine or would like to begin your vaccination series, you may walk in without an appointment to any scheduled clinic listed on the calendar at vaccine.fsu.edu.

There are still appointments available for the COVID-19 Pfizer Booster Vaccination at the Health and Wellness Center. Those who are eligible for a Pfizer Booster Vaccination must register for an appointment before arriving at the clinic. Please visit www.patientportalfl.comto create your account then select “Get Vaccinated.” In order to schedule a Booster vaccination appointment, you must enter the code FSU2021. If you have trouble registering, please review:

Students, faculty, and staff that meet the Booster criteria must bring documentation of their completed Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination series.

Accepted forms of documentation include (electronic and physical copies):

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card
  • Florida SHOTS record
  • Other state or international vaccination records
