This message to all students has been approved by Mitch Kilcrease, the Assistant Vice President of the Office of Business Services.
The UPS Store will remain open to meet student needs for shipping, returns, and postal requests. On-campus students may retrieve mail from their Ubox as normal. Students no longer will be contacted periodically for shipping instructions. Any shipping instructions must come through the student’s official FSU email account. At this time, packages and mail can be forwarded to the student at their cost or we can return the package to the sender – you should not return to campus to retrieve your mail. It is important that you update your mailing address with all parties, including FSU, to your new address as soon as possible.
Packages may still be shipped via The UPS Store on campus. We ask that if you no longer reside on campus or have left Tallahassee over spring break to please use our The UPS Store located at 800 Ocala Road (next to Publix).
