“All marine turtle images acquired in Florida were obtained with the approval of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) under conditions not harmful to this or other turtles. Footage was acquired while conducting authorized research activities pursuant to FWC MTP-16-239. Images were acquired without the use of supplemental artificial lighting.”
