Florida State University Assistant Chemistry Professor Michael Shatruk is the recipient the 2012 ExxonMobil Solid State Chemistry Faculty Fellowship. Since 1979, the American Chemical Society has given the award to young scientists who have made great contributions to the discipline of solid-state chemistry and have the potential to emerge as leaders in the field.
