Shamra Boel-Studt is a statistician and intervention researcher focused on services for children with complex needs in out-of-home care. She has expertise in the development of statewide child services data systems, analysis of state and federal child services data, advanced statistical analysis, and leads funded research focused on quality measurement systems and outcomes measurement for children’s out-of-home services.
