This Valentine’s Day spread the love by getting vaccinated or boosted to protect yourself and loved ones from COVID-19. Getting your no-cost, safe, and effective COVID-19 vaccine or booster at the University Health & Wellness Center is quick and easy!
Currently, the University is only administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome for eligible individuals 12 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note, the University is not offering COVID-19 vaccination for individuals ages 5-11.
Visit www.patientportalfl.com to create your account or log in to your existing account, then select “Get Vaccinated.” In order to schedule a vaccination appointment, you must enter the entry code FSU2022.
