The University encourages everyone to get vaccinated against COVID-19 to help mitigate the spread of the virus. Schedule your appointment today to get a safe, effective, no-cost COVID-19 vaccine or booster at the University Health & Wellness Center.
At this time, the University is only administering the
Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and
appointments are required for eligible individuals 12 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note, the University is not offering COVID-19 vaccination for individuals ages 5-11.
Visit www.patientportalfl.com to create your account or log in to your existing account, then select “Get Vaccinated.” In order to schedule a vaccination appointment, you must enter the entry code FSU2022. If you received an international COVID-19 Vaccine Series, you may walk in during scheduled clinic hours with proof of vaccination documentation and clinic staff will assess your eligibility. Eligibility is determined on a case by case basis. |
