#StayHealthyFSU – COVID and Flu Vaccine Update

This message to all students, faculty and staff has been approved by Kyle Clark, Vice President for Finance and Administration.

The University is strongly encouraging students, faculty, and staff to stay healthy this semester by getting vaccinated to protect themselves against both COVID-19 and the Flu.

COVID-19 Vaccine

The University continues to offer COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccinations at the Health & Wellness Center for students, faculty, and staff.

Students, faculty, and staff who received their first Pfizer vaccination elsewhere may complete their series at the FSU COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. If you need to receive your second Pfizer vaccine or would like to begin your vaccination series, you may walk in without an appointment to any scheduled clinic listed on the calendar at vaccine.fsu.edu.

The Pfizer booster vaccination will be administered in accordance with the interim guidance from the FDA and CDC. Based on this guidance individuals who meet specified criteria are eligible for a booster vaccination.

Those who are eligible for a Pfizer Booster Vaccination must register for an appointment before arriving at the clinic. Please visit www.patientportalfl.com to create your account then select “Get Vaccinated.” To schedule a Booster vaccination appointment you must enter the code FSU2021 and complete your registration. If you have trouble registering, please review:

Students, faculty, and staff that meet the Booster criteria must bring documentation of their completed Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination series.

Accepted forms of documentation include (electronic and physical copies):

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card
  • Florida SHOTS record
  • Other state or international vaccination records
