The Florida State University Board of Trustees unanimously approved Friday the renaming of the Dedman School of Hospitality to become FSU’s 18th college. In addition to increasing its prominence and stature, the move positions the Dedman College of Hospitality for growth in a number of ways, said Don Farr, Dedman Professor of Hospitality Management and dean of the new college.
