FSU Campus Recreation closing facilities

This message to all students, faculty and staff has been approved by Dr. Amy Hecht, Vice President for Student Affairs.

All FSU Campus Recreation fitness, indoor, and outdoor facilities are closed effective immediately, until further notice. These are necessary, preventative measures that Governor DeSantis, the State University System, and Florida State University are taking to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and to minimize health and safety risks to our students, faculty, staff, and community.

Please know that while our facilities are closed, our team will work tirelessly to provide healthy exercise alternatives in different platforms that encourage safe social distancing. Staying physically active, practicing mindfulness or meditation, and spending time outdoors in nature are proven ways to stay healthy and happy.

Visit our Active Anywhere Resources for ways you can stay active & well wherever you are. As always, we are here to empower our community to Find What Moves You and to Live Well.
