Ducatt said the new Oglesby Union will focus more on outdoor space. "This is Florida and we do a lot of our programming outside, so the west side of the building is expected to have an area for Market Wednesday, food trucks, a stage and other exciting things. On the east side, we'll still have Moore Auditorium, and it will be more of a soft-scape with green space."

Florida State University is moving ahead with an ambitious plan to take down Oglesby Union and build a new one that incorporates FSU tradition, while elevating the look and feel of the entire campus.
