FSU’s new dining facility ‘1851’ serves up tasty, fresh foods for everyone

1851 offers a completely different kind of dining experience than any other locations on campus. The 24,000-square-foot facility is home to five "micro-restaurants" that serve a wide variety of options, including stir fry, lasagna and pizza, "JStreet" burgers, comfort food, salads and coffee from local provider RedEye Coffee.
