Florida State University marks the fifth anniversary of its Student Veteran Film Festival with “The Hornet’s Nest,” a groundbreaking and immersive documentary that uses unprecedented combat footage to tell the story of an elite group of U.S. troops sent on a dangerous mission deep inside one of Afghanistan’s most hostile valleys. Filmmakers David Salzberg and Christian Tureaud also received Florida State University’s Student Veteran Torchlight Award for Outstanding Achievement.
