Florida State University professor develops food contaminant detection methods

Since the 1990’s Florida State University professor Peggy Hseih has been in the lab searching for food contaminants in processed foods. Commercial kits for pork detection using Hsieh’s technology have been licensed to two companies and are available on the international market.
