Florida State University hosts the 69th session of the Florida American Legion Boys State conference. For one week, this program brings together more than 500 of the brightest high school students for a rigorous, hands-on experience in how state government works. FSU holds a home field advantage with its close proximity to the State Capitol—a big reason why the program continues to take place at Florida State every year.
