Myers is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine & Rural Health. She is an Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse with many years of experience in the Tallahassee area. As the Director of Preceptors, she coordinates the involvement of local physicians as the first- and second-year students obtain early clinical experience. She practices at a Family Medicine clinic one and 1/2 days per week and serves as a preceptor for medical students at the site.
