Lecture: "13 Management Practices that Waste Time and Money"

Aubrey C. Daniels, the world's foremost authority on applying the scientifically proven laws of human behavior to the workplace, will present a lecture, "13 Management Practices that Waste Time and Money." During the lecture, Daniels will bring into question some common management practices that have been used for at least a century and are almost universally practiced, but which violate one or more behavioral principles and as such waste time and money.
