FSU Film School invites movie fans to share in festivities at 'A Night at the Oscars' party and fundraiser
Get ready for your walk down the red carpet.
The Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts, better known to most as The Film School, has put out a casting call for all local cinephiles to join in this year’s local Academy Award festivities as it hosts the third annual “A Night at the Oscars” party and fundraiser. Featuring special guests, photo opportunities, prizes and a silent auction, the event promises generous helpings of the fame and fun that make the annual Academy Awards broadcast so compelling.

SUNDAY, MARCH 7
7 P.M. — VIP ADVANCE ADMISSION
8 P.M. — GENERAL ADMISSION
PARADIGM RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
115 W. COLLEGE AVE.
TALLAHASSEE, FLA.
The fundraiser is organized by The Producers Guild, a Film School community support organization. All proceeds go to support The Film School.
For $75, guests can enjoy VIP Advance Entry, which includes an open beer and wine bar, delicious and savory Paradigm cuisine, Food Glorious Food gourmet desserts, personal red-carpet photo opportunities, and first dibs at the ever-popular and amazing Hollywood Memorabilia Silent Auction.
Join everyone for general admission ($50 per ticket) and watch the Academy Awards on the big overhead screen, which will be broadcasting the program live, while playing Hollywood trivia and enter the Oscar pool for your chance to win unique and fun prizes.
